Software Engineer for Web-application with strong knowledge in Node.js for backend development and REACT for front-end development

Responsibilities

Job Role - Full-Stack developer

Key Technical skill - Should be proficient in knowledge of Node.js for Backend development, REACT in front-end technologies framework, RESTful API , Database knowledge like MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, and Cloud platform AWS Required 4-5 years’ of work-experience as Full-Stack developer in Web-application using .NET Core framework

Hierarchy - Reporting to Director of Engineering

Key Performance Areas:

  • Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side application logic using languages such as Node.js, and manage database interactions with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or SQL Server
  • Frontend Development:Design and develop user-facing web applications using frontend languages like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • API Development and Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application.
  • Version Control: Use Git version control systems to track code changes and collaborate.
  • Deployment:Deploy and manage processes, in cloud-based AWS platform application
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging:Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Experience

Educational Qualifications

AI Engineer for Generative AI models

Responsibilities

As the AI Engineer you will be required to engage in the following Key-Performance Areas:

  • Using an appropriate AI model for learning from large volumes of text, including documents, training the model, to create output in form of text or coding (SQL queries) and smart interactions on chat assistance with language.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing the AI/ML models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques to provide solution for the complex problem
  • Working in collaboration with cross team members of Software Engineers, Product Directors or stakeholders to understand and gather requirements
  • Evaluating the performance of the implemented models to ensure that they meet desired standards and can provide reliable outputs
  • Tuning existing AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Ensuring data privacy, fairness, unbiases and ethical use
  • Creating and maintaining proper technical documentation for code base, coding notes/instructions, technical specifications etc. for internal knowledge sharing purpose
  • Making presentations in clear and concise forms for non-technical audience of the Company, when required.
  • Providing a leadership and driving the AI engineering project in the Engineering team
  • Understanding the compatibility with existing codebases, ease of deployment and integration with other technologies to ensure efficient adoption.
  • Providing technical guidance to junior team members.

Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • A Masters’/ Phd degree in Mathematics/Statistics is also eligible.

Skill-set

Technical skill-

  • Hands-on experience in coding with Python
  • Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, libraries, tools and framework
