Senior Software Developer-Asp.Net /Asp.Net MVC, .NET Core (Location: Kolkata)

We are looking for Senior Software Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Team leading
  • Project completion
  • Quality assurance for minimum defects
  • Providing cross-team technical support when required
  • Manage customer production issues following the SLA matrix
  • To write code in .NET CORE, C#, JS and DB to enhance or change existing application
  • To write collaterals like Release Notes
  • Suggest technology innovations based on requirements
  • Able to use advanced technology like .NET Core when required

Experience

6 to 10 years

Educational Qualifications

Any engineering graduate or graduate in computer application.

Skill-set

  • Strong experience in developing web-based applications using .NET Framework. using C#, ADO.NET Entity Framework, ASP.NET, Visual Studio 2008/2010/2013,Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Experience in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WEB API
  • Good knowledge/exposure in .NET Core
  • Experience in implementation of N-Tier Architecture Data Access Layer, Business Logic Layer and User Interface (UI) will be preferred.
  • Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts including Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) in software product (Location: Kolkata)

We are looking for BDR/ SDR who specializes in sourcing potential new accounts, initiating contact with new and existing leads, making communication with prospect, and ultimately passing the qualified opportunities to account executives to progress further down the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire knowledge about the products and offerings through training, product and marketing collaterals, resources & guides, watching recorded demos and individual sessions with the SME's
  • Market research and acquire knowledge about the industry and customers
  • Identifying new customers for the product offerings
  • Generating new leads through various sources like cold calling, cold emailing, social media networking etc.
  • Establishing contacts with inbound leads by making follow-up calls, sending warm emails
  • Lead nurturing, providing valuable product offerings and resources to guide prospects
  • Qualifying the leads and ultimately handing over the qualified lead to the Account Executive to convert into client
  • Collaborating with the Account Executive and the Sales team through the sales process for conversion of the qualified leads into prospective client
  • Booking discovery calls/demonstrations
  • Driving the clients to our webinars
  • Using customer relationship management (CRM) tool for documenting and tracking reports of interactions with the leads
  • Generating lead reports, analysis of the data and reporting trends/ patterns to the Marketing team
  • Providing market information or customer inputs necessary to strategize sales proposition
  • Providing excellent prospect care throughout the sales journey
  • Maintain touch points with the prospect to satisfactorily address any queries / questions that the prospect may have during the sales process
  • Focus will be Wealth Management SMB customers in the US market; the job may require working in US shift timings

Work Experience

2 to 6 years hands-on experience in outbound or inbound sales of software product or SAAS solution. Business development experience for US market is preferable

Educational Qualifications

A full-time bachelor’s degree with Honors in any discipline (preferable in Business Communication or Marketing)
An MBA degree with major in Marketing is preferable

Required skill-set

  • The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BDR or SDR job role for software product or SAAS solution.
  • Must have excellent communication skill, both written and verbal
  • Must have result-driven, go-getter positive attitude; show resilience in the face of obstacles
  • Be organized and can do multi-tasking with different aspects of the job
  • Be excellent team player; dynamic and smart
  • Be empathetic while problem-solving for clients

Preferable

  • Experience as BDR/SDR for US market is preferable
  • Experience in wealth management customers is preferable
