With Kovair, the Customer Onboarding Process has become fully automated. The Onboarding process starts with new Customer record being added in Kovair and completes with Updating IP Details and Open Firewall for the Company. Internal departments (New York, London, Boston, Tokyo and Singapore) participate in the Customer Onboarding process.

The system automatically generates tasks for the users based on the business logic defined in the Company Onboarding process.
