- Providing technical support on company’s products/services for all customer requests and internal helpdesk
- Communication with customers on phone / email
- Should be able to set up product prerequisites and installation environment at customer site
- Managing defect resolution process- understanding reported defects, ability to recreate defects locally, analyzing and coordinating with the engineering team
- Take regular feedback from customers regarding quality of support
1-2 yrs in providing technical support / application support
B.Tech /BCA/ MCA
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skill in English Language
- Knowledge in IIS, SQL Server, networking, Windows OS
- Flexible to working in shifts
- Any exposure working in Installshield will be preferred
