Job Description

  • Providing technical support on company‚Äôs products/services for all customer requests and internal helpdesk
  • Communication with customers on phone / email
  • Should be able to set up product prerequisites and installation environment at customer site
  • Managing defect resolution process- understanding reported defects, ability to recreate defects locally, analyzing and coordinating with the engineering team
  • Take regular feedback from customers regarding quality of support

 

Work Experience

1-2 yrs in providing technical support / application support

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech /BCA/ MCA

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good communication skill in English Language
  • Knowledge in IIS, SQL Server, networking, Windows OS
  • Flexible to working in shifts
  • Any exposure working in Installshield will be preferred
