Sofware Requirement Specifications (SRS) lists software requirements for a software application, it is generally created by the Business Analyst or Product Manager. It is created prior to the start building of an feature or application.

Software Design Document (SDD) lists the technical design and more technical details of a software application. It is created by developer after feature or the application is developed.
