I will be very brief today and will cover just one topic that forms the header of this blog. I am very excited to inform you that Kovair is making a deeper commitment to the domain of ITSM solutions besides its well integrated ALM offering and will participate as a first time exhibitor at the 14th Annual Pink Elephant Conference and Exhibition at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas from February 21 -24. We will showcase our comprehensive ITSM solution at the show booth #514 with live demos and talk about how Kovair can differentiate itself well from some of the incumbent vendors in this domain with two of its key capabilities – the ability to create a very unique process for each customer or each solution needs through the Kovair Omniprocess workflow engine and the ability to integrated multi- vendor tools that the customer may have already invested in for their IT Services through Kovair’s Omnibus Integration technology.
During a recent visit to Washington DC area in December, I met a few people that are very familiar with some of the large Helpdesk installations at various government agencies that do not talk to each other and as a consequence, the heads of those departments are at a loss to get a comprehensive single picture of the issues that are being faced by the end users in their departments. There is no better way than to integrate these systems easily with Kovair’s SOA based Omnibus technology and bring them in a single comprehensive view and management reporting while the end users do not have to change from whatever system they are accustomed to using and have been trained on for extensive periods.
