Over the next few days, Kovair is about to unveil its Release 7.0 that contains a totally re-designed UI that has been re-done page by page from the ground up using the Web 2.0 design concepts. Many of you have provided valuable feedback in the past that while Kovair has an excellent set of features, process workflow and integrations capabilities, it could use an improvement in its user interfaces and reduce its complexity. We have taken your feedback to heart and are about to present all of you with this new UI that I am sure you will love as users as well as evaluators of the Kovair offerings in the market place. The main essence of this version is simplicity, much improved navigation, and ease of use.
Our engineering team has evaluated several options in proceeding with this huge effort spanning over a considerable amount of time in 2012 and have tested it thoroughly to come up with the best that we could offer to the market. This version is completely backward compatible and the migration to this new version from the existing latest version of 6.5 will happen to be a seamless experience. Ultimately, you will be the judge but we feel that they have done a great job of meeting multiple expectations in view of the wide variety of usage of Kovair by our customers to produce a product that will be appreciated in the market and well accepted with the usability enhancements that have been delivered.
Current and potential customers of Kovair for Requirements Management and the ALM will appreciate these new UI more than others. So, please stay tuned for the Release of Kovair 7.0 – the complete MakeOver as it is rolled out shortly!
